Musa Sebugwawo is a Project Co-ordinator at Afesis-corplan in the Programmes Department since April 2011. He supports the sub-programmes under the Local Government Programme as well as consultancy assignments. Musa holds a MSocSci degree in Rural Development from the University of Fort Hare. He has worked in the development sector in Uganda, Tanzania and South Africa before joining Afesis-corplan. Musa has keen interest in community based planning and participatory research methodologies.
