Bonginkosi Masiwa will present on behalf of Afesis-corplan at a public seminar organised by Zingisa Educational Project in King William's Town tomorrow. The aim of the event is to review developmental local government. Afesis-corplan's input will focus on public participation, the legislative framework for local government as well as IDP and budgeting processes.
