Ronald Eglin will be attending a national seminar co-hosted by the Isandla Institute and the South African Cities Network (SACN) on 18 September 2007 in Cape Town. The seminar entitled Building 'Positive' Spaces serves as a forum for local government policy makers and practitioners to engage on the issue of sustainable human settlements development in the context of HIV/AIDS.
