The Eastern Cape NGO Coalition, in collaboration with the German Development Cooperation is embarking on a Civil Society Programme for Participation in Local Governance. The Amathole District training will be facilitated by Afesis-corplan from 4 to 7 September 2007at Zonkizizwe in East London.
