Bonginkosi Masiwa met with members from Ward Committee 1 under Blue Crane Route Municipality in Cookhouse on 04 October 2007. The objective was to obtain feedback on the meeting that was held with the mayor and municipal officials around performance management issues. WKPI training conducted by Afesis-corplan earlier in the year aimed to capacitate ward committees on their roles and responsibilities in terms of holding the municipality and councillors accountable to the community they serve.
