Nontando Guwa and Gugu Mgwebi facilitated a training workshop of the Community Based Financial Accountability (CBFA) working group in Lukhanji on 21 May 2008. The CBFA Project aims to strengthen Civil Society Organisations with skills and tools to monitor how their local municipality manages public funds.
