In August 2007 Afesis-corplan began its strategic planning process for the next cycle. This involved analysing the environment, engaging with stakeholders and conducting planning activities at an organisational and programme level. On 15 May 2008, Afesis-corplan staff will present the organisation's strategic plan for 2009 to 2012 to board members at a session held at the East London Golf Club.
