A workshop will be held on 31 May 2007 focusing on the Good Governance Surveys currently being undertaken by Afesis-corplan and partner NGOs. Participants are drawn from the GTZ, GGLN, academia and officials from Cacadu DM. Having completed the surveys in Nkangala DM in Mpumalanga and the first phase in Cacadu DM in the Eastern Cape, participants will be reviewing the survey instruments and the methodology employed. Participants will also explore ways in which the District Municipalities can make interventions in the areas of their jurisdiction to promote good governance practice and service delivery.
