Closing the Gap: Financial Accountability Project

This paper was first presented by Glenn Hollands at our seminar in June 2006, and later appeared in the Local Government Transformer newsletter (Aug/Sept 2006 ). It describes a community-based project for holding municipalities accountable for their financial management.
