Urban LandMark has published an interesting research on investigating the delays in issuing of title deeds to beneficiaries of Housing projects funded by Capital Subsidy. The research raises a number of serious challenges which practitioners have to consider, and FinMark Trust and Urban LandMark now need to participate in a process that will ensure that the policy recommendations made are actively addressed by government and lead to change which promotes housing assets in South Africa.
