Nangamso Magadla is facilitating a training workshop for forty-five members of community-based organisations as part of the capacity-building programme in Dimbaza from 17 to 20 June 2008. The training focuses on 'Organisational Strengths' and aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills about the different types of businesses, the legal implications of each, starting a business, the role of the executive committee and the chairperson of an organisation and its constitution.
