Frederick Kusambiza and Peter Kimemia are meeting with GTZ in Pretoria today to discuss the second phase of the Good Governance Surveys (GGS). Following the completion of the Good Governance Surveys in Nkangala District Municipality in Mpumalanga, plans are now underway for the second phase to be conducted in Cacadu District Municipality in the Eastern Cape.
