Representatives from Afesis-corplan and the Legal Entity Assessment Project (LEAP) met on 12 and 13 June 2007 to discuss some of the lessons that are emerging from our Settlement Unit's experience with co-operative housing. It was acknowledged that the housing co-operative and communal property association sectors have much to learn from each other. You can read Ronald Eglin's article "Housing Co-operatives: Lessons Emerging" here.
