Peter Kimemia is in Cape Town today attending a Good Governance Learning Network (GGLN) Reference Group meeting. On the agenda is an evaulation of last year's activities, the launch of the "State of Local Governance Report", calls for proposals for 2008 and the signing of the MoUs between the reference group and Foundation for Contemporary Research (FCR).
