Ronald Eglin attended a national People's Housing Process (PHP) working group meeting in Pretoria on 08 February 2008. The meeting provided a platform for discussions on a final draft of the proposed National Department of Housing new Community Driven Housing Initiative (CoDHI) programme, which is to replace the PHP. The aim of the new programme is for beneficiaries to actively participate in decision-making over housing delivery.
