Gugu Mgwebi and Bonginkosi Masiwa attended a task group meeting of the Eastern Cape NGO Coalition's Civil Society Support Programme for Participation in Local Governance on 18 February 2008. Members of the task group finalised the programme for a seminar to be held in April. The aim of the seminar is to educate civil society in the Amathole Region on public participation and local governance.
