Afesis-corplan has been appointed by the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) in partnership with King Sabata Dalindyebo (KSD) Municipality to render Development Facilitation services in the current process of developing a Sustainability Plan for the Mthatha Functional Urban Area. The appointment came into effect in July 2008 and the project will run for a period of ten months.
