Ronald Eglin attended a People's Housing Process (PHP) policy reference group meeting with the National Department of Housing in Pretoria on 21 August 2007. Participants discussed the proposed institutional arrangments for the new Community Driven Housing Initiative (CoDHI) programme that is to replace the old PHP. The National Department of Housing is currently developing a draft policy paper which will be discussed with the other tiers of government and community groups before being approved in early 2008.
