Bonginkosi Masiwa and Gugu Mgwebi attended a LED training workshop from 14 to 17 April 2008. The workshop focused on what LED is and is not, LED tools and purposes, sharing of LED experiences and interventions. Councillors were present at the workshop as well as LED officials in the private and public sector, NGOs and members of civil society. The workshop was led by the Thina Sinako LED Support Programme funded by the European Union.
