Representatives from Afesis-corplan and NGO partner PCRD met with members from CBOs, the local press and ratepayers in Ndlambe Municipality on 24 April 2007. The purpose of these meetings was to introduce the community-based financial accountability (CBFA) project and to identify potential monitoring groups.
